Nov 1987 - David Cone

Here's a picture of my friend Jon with David Cone (Left) on a sunny fall day in November 1987.  He was a former All-Star who pitched for the Yankees and the Mets.  It's interesting that after more the 20 years, David still looks the same.

Nov 1993 - Pat Riley

Here's a picture of Legendary NBA coach Pat Riley with my friend Jon. Unfortunately, my friend Jon passed away in 2006.  I believe this picture was taken in Dalton books in NYC.  Pat Riley made a personal apperance to promote his new book.  From the picture, his favorite soft drink appears to be Coca Cola.

June 1985 - Mark Gastineau

Today is 01/17/11 and is the morning after the Jets defeated the New Engaland Patriots 28-21 to adavance to the AFC Championship.  As a result, I will celebrate by posting a picture of former NY Jets Pro-Bowl Defensive End, Mark Gasinteau.  He played for the Jets from 1979 to 1988.  This picture was taken at Macy's on 34th street in NYC. Mark was there to promote a book that he wrote.

Sept 1983 - Cheryl Tiegs

Here's a picture of 1970's supermodel Cheryl Tiegs.  She became famous for posing in the SI Swimsuit Issue.  My friend took this phograph when she was attending the US Open in Flushing Queens. 

July 1983 - Ed Koch

This is Ed Koch being Interviewed by a Channel 7 reporter on the streets at City Hall.  Check out the chick behind Mayor Koch.  She appears to be Starstruck.

July 1986 - Ricky Henderson

This is a picture of Ricky Henderson at Yankee Stadium when he was playing for the Yankees back in 1986.  Although he had a reputation for not hustling during games, he's one of the nicest players that I've talked to.  He seems to enjoy talking to fans and signing autographs.

June 1983 - Julia Roberts?

This is a picture of a girl on the streets of NYC on a summer night in June 1983.  I believe she is Julia Roberts, but there's no way for me to know for sure.
